We also collect personally identifiable information (this includes name, email & communications); payment details (including credit card information).

Section 2 - How we collect your information:

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Section 3 - Why do we collect such personal information?

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support
To be able to contact our visitors and customers with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages

Section 4 – What happens to this data?

Our company is a host on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage and databases. Don’t worry it is all very safe and secure - they store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and its service providers.

In addition to the above your data will be shared with the third parties we work with such as;

Google Analytics – to understand how our customers use the site

Operation companies i.e. royal mail.

We do not share any personal data with anyone else. We will only disclose your information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate the Terms of Service.

Section 5 – Using the data to contact you

Section 6 – Cookies and what are they used for?

Cookies are small bits of data stored on the site visitor browser, these are used to track movements and actions on the site.

We use two types of cookies - “session” cookies, which are deleted immediately after a browser is closed, and “persistent” cookies, which are stored on the computer until they expire or are deleted. Session cookies are only used to identify with the session and do not retain any information about the user. Persistent cookies are used to identify user behaviour and web browser preferences to help enhance the user’s experience.

You will then be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we are required to disclose it.
