My item is faulty/damaged
We would be so heartbroken to find out something has happened to one of our
items via transit so please email email@example.com to let us know and we will organise a new toy out to you
Refund / exchange
If for any reason you do not want to keep your item we are more than happy to
offer you a refund within 14 days from order recieved and you will be credited back using your original form of payment within 10 working days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been despatched you will be emailed with a tracking code to locate your parcel.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We ensure all our parcels are despatchd on time, however due to reasons outside our control you may experience delays.
What happens if something is out of stock?
Due to the nature of our products being handmade we can only supply a limited amount of stock.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order get despatched?
We will aim to get your orders picked, packed & posted within 2 working days. We will send
you an email confirmation as soon as it is on its way to you!
When will my order arrive?
For UK delivery we offer two services using Royal Mail, these are Tracked 24hr and Tracked 48hr.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, currently our overseas shipments are within Europe only, excluding transcontinental countries such as Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkey.
Are they safe?
Safety is very important to us therefore we have ensured all our toys are CE certified and compliant with EN71 standards.
